The Sullivan Catskills most adventurous professional theater, presenting the finest contemporary playwrights, new plays, and innovative interpretations of classics

Since 2022, River Rep Theatre has been staging acclaimed productions in underserved communities throughout the Sullivan Catskills. Each year, the company presents a full season of Mainstage productions, readings, and reprise performances of ‘hit’ plays from their repertoire. Based out of the Delaware Valley Opera Center in Lake Huntington, NY, the company also tours its work throughout the region.

River Rep is also educating the next generation of theater-makers and theater-lovers, with River Rep Jr., where young performers (ages 8-18), can learn the fundamentals of theater arts and stage craft, working with River Rep’s artist instructors.
